To be eligible, an entry must be submitted by an authorized user of an active Casefriend account in good standing.

Eligibility for scoring also requires that submitted jobs meet the minimum timing requirements described in Section 4.

4. Measurement and Scoring

The Platform’s recorded metrics are the sole and official measurements for the Contest, and Sponsor is the official timekeeper.

For each completed AIntake job, the Platform records processing time and validation time, sums to Total Time, and calculates Time Spent per Page.

Qualifying Job Requirements. In order for a completed AIntake job to be eligible for scoring and ranking in the Contest, the job must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Minimum Pages: The job must include at least fifty (50) pages processed by the Platform.
  • Upload Time: The recorded upload time must be greater than 0:00.
  • Eventing Time: The job must include event creation and the recorded eventing time must be greater than 0:00.
  • Completed Processing: The job must be fully completed and successfully processed by the Platform.

These requirements ensure that only fully processed, comparable AIntake jobs are included in Contest scoring. Eventing Time is generated solely by the Platform’s automated processing and is not influenced by user interaction.

Any job that does not meet all of these requirements will be deemed invalid and excluded from scoring, ranking, and winner consideration. Sponsor will apply these standards consistently across all entries to ensure fairness.

Submissions must reflect ordinary, good-faith use of the AIntake workflow and typical document processing conditions.

Entries are ranked by the lowest valid Time Spent per Page.

Sponsor may investigate or reject any entry that appears anomalous, unreliable, or inconsistent with fair competition, including submissions that fall below minimum page thresholds, incomplete jobs, system errors, misuse, suspected manipulation, non-standard workflows, unusual page sets, abnormal validation patterns, or any circumstance that Sponsor believes could impair fair comparison across entries . Sponsor’s determinations are final and binding.
