If you connect Casefriend to your e-mail and/or calendar hosted by Google or Microsoft you are giving Casefriend permission to access your e-mail and calendar. We do not preserve your e-mails or calendar unless, directed by you, to preserve the email or calendar. by connecting your email or calendar to Casefriend you are giving Casefriend permission to send an e-mail on your behalf and/or create calendar items on your behalf.
Google and Microsoft have their own privacy policies which govern and protect your information stored on their servers.
If personal information you have submitted through the Site is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, please send an e-mail to support@casefriend.com. Upon appropriate request we will update your information. Legal Facts, LLC reserves the right to use previously obtained information to verify your identity or take other appropriate actions.
